Today I had a wonderful experience in the store. Roynette made a wonderful impact on my day. First I was greeted at the door with a warm and welcoming attitude. She later walked me directly to product that I was looking for and expedited by buying process. To say the least I enjoyed the professional service she gave.

I bought Duralux vinyl flooring and when I got home to install it I couldn't figure out how the ends clicked together. I ran into Adam while In the aisle. Adam was very polite and knowledgeable, he took the tile to help me figure out how the floor locked together and went as far as getting a rubber mallet to show me on the floor.. Adam is an asset. Annie at the register was very polite and helpful as well.

I had a great experience with Bob and Roynette They were extremely helpful. I did not have to wait Long. Bob’s helped me load my car right that was very quick with the purchase. They were very pleasant. Nice the price was exactly what I was expecting to pay highly recommend asking for Bob and Roynette great experience five stars.

If you are looking for a unique and tailored experience visit this store and ask for Odette. She walked with me and talked through my design ideas and offered her thoughtful opinion and every time I comeback she is just as welcoming. Their products are wonderful too!!!!

P.U.S.H. "Persevere Until Success Happens" This is my description of your employee Roynette. Her smile warms my heart. I can tell , she really loves what she does. Her customer service was outstanding and she demonstrates great professionalism. I thought she was one of your managers. If she’s not , she should be promoted. I will come again and again. Odette was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Odette worked with us for over 3 hours and many changes. She helped us on materials suitable for each area and style. Robert Larson stepped in at the end and made sure we got the best value among our options and Dorian finished it off by making our transaction seem less and very pleasing with the final discount during their weekend special. Highly recommend this wonderful team of knowledgeable friendly staff. We will be back for sure.
